This page is for our employees to communicate better with one another.

In order for the employees of Paradise Smiles Dentistry to better communicate with one another and with the company and vice versa, I'm developing this section for Employees Only. This is a learning process for me, but I'm aware that we need some semblance of formality and order as we grow from a small group of the three of us to over 10 part time and full time employees between the two offices.

I'm planning on putting on necessary documents here such as the Employee Handbook (yes, Sasha, there IS an employee handbook!), and job descriptions, etc. I'm also going to be linking up a calendar for office openings/closure and such. Think of this site as your number one reference should you have questions or concerns about Paradise Smiles Dentistry.

I've said before and I continue to believe that a good employee is the best asset for any business including ours. I consider each and every one of you important assets to the potential growth and further success of Paradise Smiles Dentistry. If you actively help our company to prosper, we can accomplish more as a group together. Like the rest of you, I want a good working environment and that starts with ensuring we meet our basic business cost expenses so that our needs are met. Let's build a successful business based on professional service and support to our patients. Such things as trips, cruises, seminars, etc only happen when our bottom line is positive.
